His secret recipe of well known South East Asian (S.E.A.) dishes are Crispy Skin Roast Pork, Barbecue Pork Belly, Hainan Chicken, Nasi Lemak Chicken Curry, and Beef Rendang. The special spices are specially imported from Malaysia making Seasons Kitchen the only place you can enjoy this delicious cuisine. His dream is to make the Malaysian Chinese cuisine a part of Southern California food culture!

Co-Owner and wife Khim Teoh who immigrated from Malaysia thirty years ago, remain passionate about sharing the Malaysian culture and food to those around. She serves as a Board of Director on the non-profit Malaysians in Southern California (www.mascusa.com) to host events and foster a sense of community with Malaysians in SoCal.
